Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

v  We want you to absolutely love your purchase. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Return/ Refund / Exchange Eligibility

All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions. Otherwise your request to exchange or return may subject to denial:

 

§  Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with original labels and tags still attached.

§  Items with markings, other stains, strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

§  For hygiene reasons, items in the categories such as makeup, skincare, jewellery, accessories, bedding and towels and party and event supplies are not returnable unless received the wrong or damaged items.

§  Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or received the wrong items.

§  The item(s) must be returned to us in fully resalable condition, if not we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item (unless the item received is damaged).

A – Wrong or Damaged Items

 

1)     If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos to confirm the damage or error and the order number or the original receipt.

2)     After confirming, return will be arranged by us. Return delivery charge paid by us.  (You can pick a location, date and time for pickup).

3)     Items must be returned within 21 days of initial delivery.

4)     Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if the item(s) is eligible for refund, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

5)     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

 

 

B – Exchange an item

 

1)     Please check if the item is eligible for exchange under the above mentioned conditions.

2)     If the item is not eligible for exchange, we will not be able to process your exchange request.

 

    If the item is eligible for exchange:

 

1)     If you'd like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
(This helps us ensure you get your preferred item faster!)

2)     To arrange return, please contact us with the order number or the original receipt.

3)     After confirming, the return will be arranged by us.

      Return delivery charge has to be paid by you. Items must be returned within 21 days of initial delivery.

4)     Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if the item(s) is received in fully resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

5)     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
